One-80 is a part of Christian Life Centre Hereford, it runs all the youth work projects and events that we do. We have adult youth workers that help and a Youth Leadership team that shapes what we do. Our Youth Pastor Danny Elson oversees the team and loves it when young people step up and grab God with all that they’ve got.
At Christian Life Centre we believe in raising up leaders and helping young people find their gifts. Giving opportunity throughout everything we do for young people to get involved.
We run several youth projects in the city:
Catalyst meets every Tuesday 7pm – 9pm at the centre during school term to socialise, do sports, worship and get stuck into the things of Jesus.
Streets meets every Friday 6pm – 8pm round the back of Christian Life Centre. We have a cafe, pool, table tennis, air hockey, table football, Ps2 with arcade style dance mats and basketball/football court. There is a voluntary 10 minute God Spot at the end, giving young people a chance to ask about the Christian faith, why we believe and giving them an opportunity to allow Jesus to transform their lives. Streets is an award winning youth group. We won the HVA volunteer team of the year award 2011
N:GAGE meets every Sunday 10:30am. It’s for school years 7 – 10. We join the main service for worship and then leave to look at the bible in an exciting and relevant way, whilst the main service continues.
