Romanian Child Support

Dear prayer partner,
It is such a blessing that in a troubled world, where the most often word one hears is ”Crisis”, we, the ones who have set our anchors in Heaven, can rest quietly in the all powerful arms of our heavenly Father, knowing that He doesn’t lose control, but that He reigns!
We rejoice to share with you, again, some news from our “House of Mercy” (Betesda), especially as we have already promised so in our letter from December. Let’s start with Day Care Centre, where Mihaela, Nicoleta, Marga and Ana do their best to be God’s arms for the 25 children, boys and girls, who attend it.
Besides the fact that they receive food and clothing according to their needs, the children are helped with their school’s homework, and personal hygiene, so now we can see hope and smiles on their precious faces!
Trusting that the Lord will continue to provide accordingly, we shall continue to help the 15 families we have been offering constant support to, especially in food items. We would even like to extend, by faith, this support to other 10 families (some from our church), as a result of the difficult economical hardships our country has to deal with. Pray that the Lord will provide, according to His kindness and riches, the necessary resources for supporting this project.
Troy and his team have been able to do Bible study in some of the homes of our children from Day Care and we thank the Lord for this opportunity.
The Lord told us, in the beginning of this year, that this is the right time and opportunity for us to shine for Him, walking by faith, trusting Him in all seasons of life. It is also a good opportunity for us to share the Gospel even more fervently since people in need are more prone to hear God’s message than those who live in abundance.
We are aware that in our city, Galati, the poverty will increase – 3,400 have already become unemployed, from two major companies of our city. We are certain that the number of those seeking for our help, at Betesda, will increase soon.
Pray for us, Betesda’s leading team, to administrate wisely God’s resources, to remain strong in the Lord, united as a team, healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Thank you for all your love and support, dear prayer partner!
We leave you with 1 Corinthians 15:57-58, until our next letter: „But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory, through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved, brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.”
Yours in Christ,
Benu & Estera Bulugu, Dani & Paula Profire
